Ignoring the time it takes to add/subtract from the deck, this reviews why this strategy is not necessarily worthwhile. It takes ~2 seconds to equip hang. Using hang reduced the movement required by 4, 12 vs. 16. When using an ideal setup of Ocelot Unit+ and Running Men, the time it takes to go from the drop point to the 2nd guard to punch is 18.83 with hang and 21.67 without. Given the time it takes to add the card, and the opportunity cost of equipping hang versus using another card, it's not worthwhile to add Hang to the deck.
