+A quick tutorial on how to rise out of the water and have Raiden move to the staircase as soon as possible. This trick is known as //First Frame Rise, Frame 1 Rise, or Frame 1 Out Of The Water//. While there are many ways to do this (possibly faster setups), these are the most consistent setups that I was able to come up with. While this was played on the PC port of Substance, this should in theory apply to all versions of the game.
