 Now, you've stored your Fulton-activation. You can't pause, use the codec or do much more besides still running around in your C Box. Once you get out of your box (manually, by falling, getting your Box taken away etc), you will immediately initiate your Fulton. This can be used to fulton from anywhere, even inside buildings or OOB. Exit Points and similar can not be interacted with while "storing" a Fulton-activation. The only way to cancel the storage glitch is by dying.
