 +Set your Coolant/D.Mic as your Quick Equip, then crawl into a vent or below an object and start crawling towards its exit. Before fully exiting it, keep mashing the R2 and X Buttons to trigger an Upclip. You need perfectly timed inputs and you need to hit a very precise "trigger zone". As this zone can easily be missed by moving past it, slower exits provide a better chance of successfully clipping up. You can turn left/right by <90° befopre fully exiting a vent/crawlspace to crawl out of it even more slowly. Putting Turbo/Auto-fire on R2 & X helps a lot, but isn't strictly necessary.
