This means all equipment (including the transmitter), all prisoners (including the fake Dr. Pettrovich – menu-cancel the pit for an easier rescue),
and all bosses. Having zero quantity of ammo and rations are okay as long as they were non-zero at some point during the run.
Glitches are allowed, but passwords are not.
