Successfully complete all VR Missions in Time Attack Mode. Time starts when you select your first mission. Time ends when you see the final mission's complete screen.

  • Before the run, set up your menus so that you begin on Level 1 on each subset.
  • Before the run, select the top or bottom subset on each VR Mode. This way you go in ascending or descending order.
  • You want to start with Weapon Mode, so no suppressor is equipped for the Five-seveN.
  • Arguably, it is better to start from Nikita and go up to Five-seveN, as Nikita and Mine can lose a lot of time if failed in Weapon Mode.
  • Whether you do Sneaking Mode or Advanced Mode second is personal preference.
  • Saving ammo for IGT score is pointless, just make sure not to run out of ammo before taking out targets/enemies.
  • Two explosions and you are dead, be careful!
  • Explosive targets in Weapon Mode blow up into shards, the damage lasts longer than you think.
  • Try to always face down and be at the bottom of a goal, or else Snake needs to move.
  • Hold B during clear screens and intros to skip text.
  • It's faster to reset via the menu than to cause a Mission Fail.
  • Be careful with Nikita 03, as a fail loses a lot of time. Use the radar.
  • Don't pick up extra mines for IGT.
  • Mines are dangerous, two explosions and you die.
  • Be careful with Grenades that you don't run into the explosive shards from a target, they last longer than you think.
  • If you are unsure of your C4 position in C4 02, double up or detonate early so you do not need to double back.
  • R5 02's time limit is very strict, watch out!
  • Five-seveN 05 is particularly difficult.
  • Single punch distractions are quite risky versus knockouts.
  • Assume bad luck for noises with Five-seveN to avoid getting caught.
  • No Weapon 05's noise luck is annoying, zigzag rather than running vertically to avoid guard luck.
  • 07's laser manipulation is worth it, but if you mistime it (getting caught by lasers) you will lose time ultimately.
  • No Weapon 09's camera cycle can lose 15 seconds, so timing the movement properly is useful.
  • No Weapon 14 = bottom right, right, middle right conveyor belts
  • Five-seveN 14 = top left, bottom right, middle right conveyor belts
  • To deal with noise luck on No Weapon 15, crawl for a second or so when approaching the goal. If the second guard looks around from the noise, run around the top, as the top guard will intercept you.
  • Don't plan your kill strategies around Individual Level luck.
  • You can always kill a guard by punching them to death if other methods fail.
  • Five-seveN 03 and 05 are in the dark, watch the radar if you do not go for blind alert strategies.
  • Explosives in particular need extra care, as relying on guard luck is risky.
  • Nikita 05 can be done via the safe/intended route (bring the missile all the way around). This loses 10 seconds over the IL strategy. The IL strategy if failed will lose over 20 seconds.
