After having met the MG Mk.II and you got your NG+ items back, do the following menu:

WEAPONS

• Swap Stun Knife → Sleep Gas Satchel (S.G. Satchel)

• MG Mk. II → Syringe

Menuing:

• Go from the AK to the SG Satchel

Walk forward and take out the 2 frogs with the Mk. 2 Pistol that land in front of you on top.

Before going down the stairs, put 1 SG Satchels on the door or the floor before the door.

In order to achieve the fast frogs, hold off Rat Patrol from going down the stairs with punches or shooting them in the legs with the Operator.

As soon as Meryl says “Clear!” you can go down the stairs and roll over to land at the bottom.

Shoot some of the frogs at the corner across behind the chair wall.

Walk to the left corner and wait for some frogs to land. It'll be a metallic clacking noise multiple times.

Walk into the kitchen area further down and place a SG Satchel down the 2nd doorway.

If a frog comes into the kitchen take it out. Wait at the rusty stove.

When Meryl says “CONTACT!” - that's your cue to set off the SG Satchel.

Follow down the corner to the stairs to the next level.

Put down 1 SG Satchel in front of the stun grenades.

Turn around and put 1 SG Satchel at the corner before the wall ends.

Move left and keep going until the path turns right, put down 1 SG Satchel at the corner.

Return back to the stairs and put a 4th SG Satchel before you'd enter the main room at the stairs.

How to skip Johnny soiling his pants

As Rat Patrol reaches the end of the stairs, punch Johnny once.
That will trigger Johnny having his typical bowel irritations.
Once you hear him make his bowel movement noises, punch him again.
The 2nd punch will then skip the segment and you can move on into the area.

Continue towards the toilets and wait at the outside corner for Rat Patrol to come in.
If Johnny is cowering in fear, you can shoot him once to get him out of his animation.
Go where the wall will collapse and open up. Don't stand too close or it will knock you down.

Once the wall is open, enter the room and use the Big Boss mask to knock out all the frogs in the opened up area.

It's time to use three of your SG Satchels one after another

Wait still in the area towards the center of the building and shoot the incoming frogs.

Once all the frogs are gone, you can move on to the laser area.

Let Meryl wake Johnny up and move on.

After the cutscene played, you can drop down the hole and enter the final area.

The bulldozer will crash into the building and 2 stun grenades will be used by the enemy. Turn around to not get hit by them.

As the stuns explode - it's time to use your 4th SG Satchel that you placed above.

Rat Patrol will kill 2 of the frogs and the Big Boss mask will take care of the rest usually.

It's done - time to move down the elevator and go to the next area.

As you start the area, do a roll forward to get down from your elevated position and do some menuing!

There's only going to be 4 frogs coming in for Liquid Easy difficulty.

As the fight starts turn backwards and face right. Get your MK2 equipped and lie down on the floor.
You will shoot down the hallway where the screens are and hit 2 frogs in the legs to knock them out.

Turn back around to the left at the nearby door way with the glass windows. Get the Operator out.
2 more frogs will jump in, they'll be turned away from you. Shoot the ground so they face you.
The Big Boss mask will take care of them instantly. Time to move on to the main fight of this Act.

You can make an hour long video explaining this fight.
The main points are her damage caps, damage thresholds, phases, and positioning.

Time to chase after Naomi! Here's a simple list of corner turns to remember where to go:

• First head left mainly
• stay left even on the first fork.
• at the trees, still stay sticked to the left across the bridge
• after the bridge, turn towards the right path and follow
• walk under the sniper and turn left
• follow the path and head behind the guard on the floor

• get through the river and follow onwards to the left
• follow the path until the next fork and turn left haflway
• the dead tree is your sign to follow
• follow through the narrow stone walls and shoot the guard
• you'll pass under a stone opening following onwards
• turn right around, take out the guard with the Big Boss mask
• go straight behind the guard
• turn left first chance
• then turn right into the wooden planked area

Time for more menuing!

ITEMS

• swtich to the signal interruptor and switch then to the Syringe - replacing it in the cycle

WEAPONS

• Switch to the Operator on active - then switch to the Mk. 2 to replace it in the cycle

Get ready to use the Crying ammo for your Mk. 2 Pistol

You can damage 25% of her health during the bike chase sequence. Strats change slightly depending on NG, DP count, and NG+. Not much variation dependent on difficulty.

Get out the Rail Gun and wait at the corner under the stairs.
Ideally you kill Raven in a single shot to the head.
If not, get out the M82A2 and end the fight with that weapon and body shots.

You can be more aggressive on the lower difficulties and take the alert/damage from the frogs. It turns into a high risk, high reward, since Wolf will see you as well. On Liquid Easy she will always spawn behind the wall (@2:08 mark on the video).

The frog skip before the Mantis fight will not work on Liquid Easy since the frogs are instantly knocked out with a tranq. All other difficulties will be the same.
